This was one of several test fit studies that we did for Tishman Speyer using our proprietary AI-powered Office Space Generator.

The developer was looking for a quick way to test out different layouts for their commercial space inside The Canyon, one of their latest buildings at the heart of the Mission Bay redevelopment as a joint venture with San Francisco Giants. The layouts were generated by inputting the desired program as a CSV and supervised by myself to ensure that all the Exiting and Occupancy Load requirements were met.

My responsibilities included oversight of the generated layouts; Product Design of the underlying code that made up the generator; building code research and synthetization for the engineers; graphics generation (plans, renderings) and layout.
